Introducing U4ia Fridays! Dear Friends, Synners, Chosen Family This is a special announcement that we're making a change to our Friday Synphorias... Starting FEB 17, 2012, we're changing the *format & name* of Friday's Syn to "U4ia Friday." (euphoria... get it??) :) U4ia Friday will be a laid-back, restorative, mellow-energy, stress-releasing, consciously creative, spirit-filled conversational gathering with limited RSVP list. U4ia will feature meditative live-music, that includes healing arts, guided meditations (WE OHM & more),down-tempo dancing, quiet conversation etc, starting at 8 pm, completing by 1 am. (Our hi-energy Synphoria is always the next night, Saturday, including the Karma Lounge.) Features of the new format are listed to the right. We're giving U4ia Friday a try for a few months, to see if the new format works for us and finds an audience among Synners. : ) Bottom line: U4IA FRIDAYS: low-energy/conversational; SYNPHORIA SATURDAYS: high-energy +Karma Lounge. This also means that there's only 2 more true TWYN SYNS remaining (Dec16+17, Jan20+21), so if you want to Twyn Syn, now through January is your last chance! Thanks for your ongoing love & support! U4ia Friday format....
* Doors @8pm, live music-meditation @9, sub-events @10:30, complete @ 1am
* U4ia's will feature live music = some of the featured live music will be (extended) Shamanic Walkabout (bowls, didg, hand-drums, Native American Indian flute), Ocean Of Devotion (gongs, crystal & Tibetan bowls), Karma Sutra (Indian vocalist +tek), Alexander Duvel (sitar, bonsuri), +others
* Includes healing = Emily's CranioSacral Therapy +others
* (optional) Potluck =friends share their culinary passions!
* Elektrolyte +bottled water +iced lemon water and a few simple snacks served
* BYO limited to wine & consciousness-raising enhancements (no hard alcohol, no hard drugs)
* Onederland, Eden, Emily's Chill Room, & Zen Den +more will be open
* U4ia will be *committed-RSVP* only, limited to 40 attendees or less
* $15/person with a pot-luck dish, $20/person without
