SYNPHORIA: the unity of these 2 words: Synesthesia: (Blending of the senses) and Euphoria (Total and utter bliss). NAMASTE! What happens at Synphoria? Synphoria is stuffed to the brim with performance art, 2 DJ dance floors, drum jams, live music, bellydancing, dancing, delicious (mostly) vegetarian food, non-alcoholic drinks, speakers, healers, spiritual intentions, tarot, blessings, and many amazing people! This could be the heart-centered, heaven-sent community that your SPIRIT has been seeking. We combine the energies of Creative self expression, Spirituality, and Community in celebration. Yeah! We co-create this community (including you!) of creative, loving, gifted, open-hearted beings. Synphoria is very sensual (entices the senses), but never sexual. What will you get out of joining us? A deeper connection with your own Divinity, connections with LOTS of amazing spirits like you, and a taste of Heaven on Earth. Bring YOUR drum, rattle or noise maker! This is an invitation for you to join us in community at Synphoria. :) Friday Sept 17th, and/or Saturday Sept 18th Say YES, tumble down our (literal) rabbit hole into One-derland with us, and your life may never be the same. You will find access to such creativity, celebration, acceptance and community like you've never experienced before. You will meet more unique heart-centered creative spirits like you. All you need to do is say YES via your rsvp! To clarify: We host 2 separate Synphoria celebrations in 1 weekend, in our home, each complete w/their own intentions, performances, and Synful attendees. Each night has it's own energy and experiences. You may RSVP via Facebook, call/text 773-841-1824, email EmilyKlik @yahoo.com. Dropping in w/out an rsvp puts us in an awkward position that we don't enjoy. Please rsvp. * Energy exchange: For the love, work, intention and personal space we put in.. we request $20 suggested donation per person, ($10 if you arrive after 1 am). A big thank you to those who have generously supported Syn. We appreciate deeply your support for what we co-create. :) Twyn-Syn discount available (suggested donation: $20 Fri, $15 Sat for attending both nights, all night). The suggested donation not an option for you? We have some work-trade options available. Contact Emily a few days prior to Syn. There are limited opportunities, be proactive. :) * Doors open @ 9:00. Drum circle starts at 9 pm. NOTE: Because of the Blessing and performances/ experiences which start as early as 9:45 (as late as 10) and continue through the night, the street door may be LOCKED at 11:00p on Friday, 1 am on Saturday. Call or text if you will be late. * Preston schedules and manages all performances. If you'd like to perform or DJ at Synphoria, contact him at Divanation @aol.com * Synphoria is 18+, NOT an all ages celebration. Bring an ID, it may be requested at the door for proof of being 18+. *Know a potential Synner? Send them this link and let them know to rsvp w/me asap!! These links are typically active for a limited time. * If you'd like to bring a bottle of wine or champagne to share, that is OK. NO beer, hard liquor, or hard substances allowed. No alcohol beverages are served. Excessive intoxication is inappropriate and is not tolerated. * Attire: You are encouraged to be lovingly expressive and comfortable, feel free to wear fun, colorful clothing and/or costumes. Suitable attire is: anything you can wear in public (not burlesque). No thongs or nudity please. * Let's be kind to all of our noses. Our home can be kinda snug sometimes. Please practice good hygiene by showering before hand and wearing clean clothes. Please go easy on perfume/cologne. Thanks in advance! * We have cats. More than a couple. We keep Claritin and Benadryl on hand for your comfort if you have allergies. But we also request that if you have special medication or preparations that you take ahead of time for your comfort, please do that so that you can thoroughly enjoy your experience here. :) *Ask First. Protect the Community. Leave No Trace. * No political energy, no sexual ('meat-market') energy, no overintoxication.
