LUMINOUS Intentions Happy New Year everyone!! You ARE Luminous!!! To those of you who joined us.... THANK YOU!!! What an amazing celebration! Here are the intentions written in our "Hall of Intention" at December's Synphoria celebrations, and LUMINOUS New Year's Eve. There are 3 sections... Intentions to RELEASE, Intentions to MANIFEST, Intentions to CONNECT. These amazing intentions, created in celebration together, will carry us through this wonderful new year of Possibility! I'm posting them so that everyone who reads them can see that no one is alone, we're all in this journey together. As we support, uplift and empower each other in our intentions, so do we support, uplift and empower our Selves. (all together now) And so it is... ENERGY TO RELEASE
What energies and limitations do you wish to release and heal in 2010?
What attitudes and opinions are no longer serving your higher Self?
What interactions and situations have been weighing heavy on your heart that you’ve held on to, for long enough?
Write your intentions, declare them, and RELEASE! And so it is.
• Anger & its expression
• Guilt, shame, judgement, frustration, annoyance
• Anxiety, tension (mortal), some weight (physical & mental), frustration
• release depression

• Release need to control, limitation, mistrust, judgement
• I am going to forgive all so I can grow
• Fear, anger, & bad habits
• Self-doubt... Fear.... Anxiety

• Soul-sucking work, guilt about not working more.
• i release loneliness
• procrastination absent mindedness
• attachment to men, sex and love... all I need is to love myself

• I want to show people love, mostly my mother.

• letting go: fighting w/ ch mom, fear of completing book, feelings of not enough, sadness about where I've let other people be responsible for me.

• Old insecurities, no more feelings of inadequacy, so that I may be Free to love fully and freely

• I release the pattern of judging others actions, projecting my experiences into my understanding of theirs.

• I release actions based on fear and replace my fear with honesty and courage.
• I Franklin am thankful for a clear year that allows me to walk the steps and see the big picture at the same time - In God I trust.

• I release self-pity, defensiveness, victim thinking and shame. Bye-bye!! :)

• I am calling strength and love into my life. I am letting go of the anger and resentment. I want to let my light shine and commit to being LOVE. Some prosperity would be nice too :) Thanks!
